Journal of Strafvordering Indonesian is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research in the field of criminal law and criminal justice. The journal aims to advance scholarly discussion on contemporary issues and international developments related to criminal law, criminal procedure, and law enforcement practices.

Types of Articles

Journal of Strafvordering Indonesian provides immediate open access to its content without subscription or payment. Authors retain copyright of their work.
